  • Google Ads Management: PPC campaigns, ad optimization, and tracking.

  • Additional Development Services: Custom software solutions, API integrations, and other web-based services.

Each service may have specific terms and conditions, agreed upon separately in a service agreement.

Client Responsibilities:

To ensure successful project completion, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for service execution.

  • Respond promptly to our requests for feedback or approvals.

  • Grant necessary permissions for accessing and modifying digital properties.

  • Abide by Google Ads and search engine policies when using advertising services.

Payments & Fees:

  • A proposal or invoice outlining project costs will be provided before starting work.

  • Payments are due as per the agreed schedule in the proposal.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

  • Fees for third-party services (e.g., Google Ads budget) are separate from our service fees and must be paid directly by the client.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.

  • SEO results depend on various factors, and we do not guarantee specific ranking positions.

  • If a project is canceled midway, the client is responsible for paying for the work completed up to that point.

Intellectual Property:

  • We retain the rights to any proprietary tools, methodologies, and techniques used in providing services.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights for custom-developed websites or content.

  • We may use project details (excluding sensitive data) in our portfolio or marketing materials.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy:

  • We will not disclose your sensitive business information without consent.

  • Clients must ensure compliance with data privacy laws when providing customer data.

  • We are not responsible for any data breaches that occur outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for losses due to search engine algorithm changes, third-party service failures, or technical issues beyond our control.

  • Our liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

Third-Party Services

  • We may integrate or recommend third-party tools (hosting providers, analytics tools, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for the performance or security of third-party services.

Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of terms, non-payment, or unethical practices.

  • Clients may terminate services with prior written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

Amendments & Updates

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings in Tampa, FL.
